Your introduction should be typed here. It should be at least four sentences and include a thesis statement. The thesis statement is part of the rubric and worth 5% of the paper. Sources are required.Motivation Issues and Theories (15%)Finally, question eight should be addressed here. Make sure you use a theory from each area noted in the rubric. You will be identifying motivational problems per the question and using specific motivational theories (content theories, process theories, and reinforcement strategies) to provide suggestions to motivate each person listed based on their motivational needs. Don’t forget to define/cite each theory as you apply it. Sources are required.The conclusion is the last paragraph. It should not introduce any new information; it should simply be a summary of your introduction, with a restatement of your thesis. You must have at least two academic references.
