What are some health implications of both the inadequate intake and excessive intake? How do they impact chronic disease? 5. Did your caloric intake meet your body’s needs? How could you improve your intake to meet those needs? 6. Create a 3 day intake menu to correct the deficiencies and or the excessive intake of the first 3 days used in Number 1.
