I will be writing a communication plan about the movement of the branding section of a company dedicated to wards Kenya’s product branding efforts to Kenya from the U.S. as a way of meeting the needs of both markets while retaining the U.S. branding section. This will help share the idea and expectations with company’s leadership for backing and readiness of an increase and decrease in resources in Kenya and the U.S., respectively. This should enable the shift to happen in the next six months (mid January 2021), thus creating more time for a seamless shift for the employee group targeted.
